The Green Glow

The mist parts, revealing the source of the green glow. A ball - easily twice Nani's height - hovers a few inches above the ground, pulsing with green light. The light pushes back the mist around it, creating a clear area. The ball seems alive, aware of his presence. As he watches, it begins to roll into the woods.
